Smoothy Recipe

Strawberry/Banana smoothy

1/2 cup apple juice
3/4 cup strawberry nectar
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 scoop of raspberry shebert
1 scoop fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
2 cups of ice. (the orig. recipe asked for 1 cup but its better with 2)
