I agree. It was annoying with more than 14 players, I cannot imagine it with 48. You can easily toss a grenade from one end of the ship to the other.

A different server I play on has the Boat with 48, it is horrible.

This post is full of truthiness. :)

I've played >30 player Wetworks, and its a PITA. Sure, if you do nothing but sit back and snipe, you'll probably never die from a nade. But everyone who is not sniping gets a facefull of frag every 10 seconds or so. On most maps its manageable by choosing an alternate route. On Wetworks, there IS no alternate.

Then add airstrikes and choppers.....OH BOY :pissed:

Ambush would at least be a better choice, though its still not my favorite (at least in non-HQ varieties).

I seriously think you all need to give wet works another chance. When I've played it (and I had my shares of playing it) I managed to get to both ends of the boat without dying from a nade. Sure there's nade spamming, but which map doesn't have it? Any map you play you will die from a nade. And I've died way more on a map like... well I have no clue what the names are, but one on the server, and I've played it about the same as wet works.


I suggest giving it another chance before making a final conclusion that it will become a nade spam fest.

Just change the maps once and awhile so no one complains and gets bored
