Tell them to take off body blocking for the love of god. 90% of my deaths are from grenades or getting body blocked and I'm sick of hearing on the mic "MOVE OUT OF THE WAY".

Realistic? Sure, but wouldn't it be realistic if they didn't sit in a doorway in a real battle?

It's something you get used to. It doesn't ahppen quite as often as you think. Plus, if you see a door blocker just go back and find a different way. :)

I remember in DOD when they enabled pushing a guy, in order to help with the blocking situation.

It was a disaster. Guys who had stopped at a doorway were constantly being pushed out into the line of fire, whether they were blocking anything or not.

Imagine every time you stopped, for any reason to get shoved, it ain't fun.

When you're in Last Stand you can hold F to kill yourself, but it kind of defeats the purpose of using the perk, so most people just wait it out...
