Looks like the official trailer is going to be here:

And I'm not surprised in the least that Ledger pulls off the Joker....He's a good actor. But more than that, I trust Christopher Nolan's genius and vision for this Batman Universe. Memento, Insomnia, The Prestige, Batman Begins....with a resume like this, I'd trust just about anything this man does :D
BTW, thanks for the heads up Gremlin_flg....too bad it got pulled down so quickly

The trailer is attached to I Am Legend, and it's frigging awesome on the big screen.
By the way, the two international posters for The Dark Knight are light-years better than the U.S. versions.

The first time I saw the trailer, I wasn't too sure I'd warm up to Ledger as the Joker. Just didn't seem right, seemed off somehow.
Then it hit me. This is exactly how the Joker should be - how a REAL psychopathic killer would be, not the caricature of the Joker that is normally portrayed in the other films/cartoons/tv shows. Maybe like the comic books, though I didn't really read those, so I couldn't say for sure.
Can't freaking wait :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

If no has not heard by now, Heath ledger was found dead in his NY apartment today..
Do not know what is going to happen to the movie if they have finished it or anything more needs to be done..

From the Heath Ledger thread, it appears they are in post-production, so all the principle photography with Ledger (and the rest of the cast) should already be completed. Of course, as Rand mentioned if they need to reshoot or re-record anything, they'll either have to CGI, use another actor and fake it, or chop up other footage/voice work.
So sad.
I have little doubt this movie will be even bigger now though. The final performance from a prematurely-deceased actor usually attracts more attention, no matter the how good or bad.
