This was taught to me by my 7th grade algebra teacher. He was fresh from college, and liked to talk about his college days. Though many years have passed, I will remember this recipe until the day I die (unless I contract Alzheimer's...)
This is for baked ribs. If you're going to use this on a grill, you'll need to do it in a grill safe baking pan.
Mix equal parts of:
Orange Juice
Chunky Salsa (spicy works well)
Cranberry Sauce
Place ribs in cake pan, and cover in sauce.
Bake on low heat for a few hours.
I consider it 'done' when the top of the sauce just starts to caramelize.
Wonderful wonderful rib sauce.
