Battlefield Bad Company 2 Cains Lair Sever could we have a sever

Cain are you considering putting up a BF BC 2 Sever now Dice/EA have just done a major update on all there sever.

The game is great fun and if you put up a server then it would bring more new members to the lair as well and also it seem like more and more ClLR members are buying the game.

Also it would stop us all wondering round like lost sheep other severs, Also it a great team game just like back in the day of BF2 and BF2142.

I agree.... i'm not going anywhere... but at the same time i would like to know if I should just favorite other community servers b/c you guys aren't putting one up.....

Yeah, I've been finding random servers out there and find myself on servers with people like us but they are NOT us! I miss gaming with all of us together in our cool squads...the "TOD" classics etc. The good ole days.

I'm tired of poorly moderated servers. In all my games I had 2 or three actual admins playing. No one to kick hackers or teamkillers. I can't wait to have Gene say "Thanks for the report, we'll keep an eye out :2thumbs: " Hey! Sometimes he actually bans!

I'd play the game if there were a Lair server. I was playing last week, doing alright, actually, knifing guys, holding obj. B in a rush game, when suddenly I was "kicked by admin" with no warning and no reason. I'm not fond enough of the game to deal with such nonsense, but would play it on a Skud-friendly server. :)

I have come to like this game a lot, but there is that something missing when you don't have a "home".

If only the beta didn't throw so many off(including me), we would prob have a server already.

"sigh" seems like I always have to start any game you guys play on the bottom of the totem pole. But I guess it beats not playin at all.

Come on Cain, you know you want to run one, so the faster you get it up the faster people will join in. I'll be out of here in 3 days. Then another 2 days to get to Bangkok. Hope I can see everyone then.

Correct me if i am mistaken , but Cain cannot run server even if he wanted. They are not publicly distributed. Only authorized hosting companies have them...
