Promo code question

I have two game keys. One is a promo key where I guess I was supposed to get some unlocks. Where do type this key to get it to work? :scratch:

When you open the multi player menu the very bottom choice is redeem code, open that it goes in there.

Login, go to multiplayer and click on "Redeem Code" a screen will pop up and enter the code.

Yes but at least now he has a visual and it will can be used to others as well. If they seem to be a bit thickheaded/drunk.
