Aliens vs Predator vs Marines

Sega and Rebellion games are bringing us loyal Cameron fanatics a kicking multi player game. It looks pretty good if you ask me(considering all the other Aliens/Predator games were pretty craptacular) It also has four player co op(Marines vs infinite aliens). Maybe we can build a fire sing a couple of songs online together. Looking forward to fraggin some alien ass with you guys online. Look for this one on Febuary 16th 2010. :D

The second AvP game was really fun, although online could be a pain due to the bunny-hopping snipers and the general bias against smartguns from the people with the cloaking devices, homing weapons and other one-shot kill devices.

It's that kind of thing that has me worrying about play balance at times---I'll probably play USCM exclusively and I'd hate to be nothing more than a general candidate for boosting someone else's stats. Maybe they'll have an integrated tracker or something that makes the Predators something other than a mix of Sniper, Spy and Demoman. On the other hand, organized Marines may make life very difficult for the bugs and the beasts.

I may wind up buying that one---there has to be a bound taunt that plays back Hudson's little speech during his final scene, 'cause we haven't got all day. There are times I wish I could rig his quips into TF2 for playback. (Speaking of TF2, this game might give "Buildin' a sentry!" an all new light. Heh heh heh.)

Well the beta came out this evening and im not impressed at all. Basic controls, very unbalanced, weak level design, and the worst lobby system I have ever seen in my life. I played 2 game's in 3 hours! :pissed: Getting my money back tommorow and putting it down on Bad Company 2. I had high hopes for this game, what a major dissapointment! :sad:
