As it says, im going out in a bit, might go buy this depending on if people think its a good game. I loved the old CoD single players and MP was ok, so how is this one?

Get Travolta and Cruise out of your closet and just buy it.

Its a great game, everyone seems to like it. Its pretty much a "must own holiday title".

It's pretty much got the same "feel" as the older COD titles, just with more modern weapons and a few extra perks to spice things up.

Of course, if you really can't part with your old MP44, you'll just have to wait till you reach 4-5 star general, and then you'll get it back (MP44 is an unlockable weapon). Or if you were a fan of the Garand, you could unlock the M14 and get more or less the same experience.

I'd say a large chunk of all the CLRs playing actively now have moved at least some of their playing time to COD4. If you want to be where the action is......this is it :2thumbs:

I wonder what Cain's current commission percentage is on game sales?

Ok ok, ya twisted my arm. I went and got it a bit ago. Though ill probably will be on the single player for a while before i hit up the MP.

I'll deploy to MP once training is over! :2thumbs:

sp is pretty short, some say in the 5-8 hours range. So if you want max. value out of sp id suggest playing a hard difficulty and get every pennys worth out it. But the true value of cod 4 is mp. But the sp game takes place in a lot of the mp maps :) so that helps some also and is pretty cool.

I am actually a little surprised that he doesn't have an Amazon link as a fundraiser.

I started SP lastnight and it is fun but it is nothing like MP so... You won't learn much to be prepared.

Yep SP is nothing like MP. It's pretty hard. The game really gives you that Blackhawk Down feel. In short I'm loving it.....and dying alot.
