Hey guys, this is Lucid Dreams.
While nobody likely remembers me, my friends and I used to play on Cain's Lair's UT2004 Onslaught server. We always enjoyed low pings, the server was smooth at capacity (we would often have to wait just to get in), and those with CLR tags seemed to be great people. There were a lot of great players, and we would study those with skills we admired while spectating and learn.
I am excited to see that Cain's Lair is back for UT3! I have been anticipating this game for a long time. I even rebuilt my PC for it (the last time I rebuilt my PC was for UT2004 so it was time). This new game totally rocks, and the minor issues I have with it have already been addressed in the beta patches. This game is FUN AS HELL to play and that's the most important thing!
I've logged over 40 hours of UT3 in the last 7 days, but as my week vacation ends today I'll be forced to slow down /cry
What else? I'm 27, have a BA in Philosophy, and I've been playing video games every week for over 20 years :)
