This is just confirmation that IW has gone totally beyond the point of reasonable return...

I guess this is what happens when children get to be the ones who make decisions. What a total lack of morality.

Now, footage has leaked that appears to show the game will indeed depict the massacre, reminiscent of last year's mass killings in Mumbai, India, which left nearly 200 people dead. In a move sure to ignite controversy, the footage indicates the game will cast players as one of the killers, having them shoot civilians en masse from a first-person view.

I think it's great IW letting us play the terrorist part, instead of just watching it in some cutscene or some short narration in a forgetful loading screen.

Also you don't play as a terrorist, you are actually a undercover CIA operative. Notice how you get shot by one of them in the end.

Thats what I was trying to tell everyone a few days ago. This is BS. I for one dont have to like it. Its my choice to feel the way I do.

For one, with all the sh*t I've seen over here it dont sit too well with me. Most folks are sheltered from reality. Unfortunately I havent been. And it disgusts me. IW could have very well left that out. Was no reason to put in terrorists doing this kind of thing. Its highly insensitive in light of all the events taking place around the world.

Say what you will about me, I dont give a rats arse, but I still dont like the direction they have gone with this.

I don't see the problem in it personally. These games are about shooting people. Yes there's a good side and a bad side (depending on your POV for which is which). But i guess the problem arises when you get to 'play' one of the characters.

Oh and this game is 18+ here. IE you don't play if you aren't an adult. Much worse can be seen in movies.
