I vist the xbox live forums for tips, achievements hints and such.

Well I was looking at the "Account Suspensions and Player Feedback"
"KillerCerebus" is so dumb for even asking, he wanted to know why was he banned from xbox live and if you look at his recent played games, he had played Halo ODST which this game isn't even out yet. lol :owned:

I know some French stores had it on display 4wks early, but MS are saying they are not kicking ppl who bought it early and play..
But those who 'acquire' it early and play on hacked boxes etc.
