I am going to get one of these for the family as soon as I can find one. If anybody hears of a place that has any please let me know via PM. I din't expect it to be so hard to find. :?

Duke, use this: www.refreshthing.com/wii/

I got mine using that back in February when they were really hard to find. Ended up getting it from Sears, no bundle, no exaggerated price.

Also, if you have any Movie Gallery stores where you live, see if they have a games section attached where they sell games in addition to renting them. The day after I got my Wii, I stopped in my local one to buy another Wiimote and they had four systems just sitting there...no one thinks of out-of-the-way places like that when they're shopping for games.

Local Game Buzz here in Montreal had a few last time I checked. I'm sure you can call most any local shops and ask when their next shipment is and have one put aside..

I will check that link out ThrashDragon. I have a neighbor who is going to go to Toys R Us tomorrow morning and they may have a bunch.

I bet Deadly will get a great price for his system and I hope he gets a good price for but I will not pay more then the regular price out of principle.

Considering that bundles are readily available, it seems awfully silly to buy one on eBay. As a last resort, find a bundle with games that you like.

I have been tempted to sell mine but I haven't completely given up on it yet. There's a bunch of stuff beginning to come out, and 2008 should be a good year.

Those bundles are a bit pricey but it is a gift for the whole family so I MAY get one of those later on but for now I will just try for the basic model.

Duke,

I just bought a Wii on Friday at GameStop. Sports bundle for only 250.

EB Games will have them too. Ask them when they come in and they will tell you what time to be there.

Good luck.

What comes in the "sport bundle?" Wii Sports comes with all Wiis, and the base price is 250. Did you actually get another game or another wiimote?
