i picked less thean but i still play it because i still ike it a lot. If we only had 2142 i would most likely go over to that entirely.

to be honest with you, i never play it anymore..... i'm one of those people that dont' like going back and forth. if i'm playing bf2142 i'm not going to play bf2 b/c its different and ill prob just get agravated and confused lol. bf2 is a great game i used to play it all day long but alas i have moved on. goodbye bf2 its been a wild ride :)

I said 'less than 2142'. However, BF2 still runs much better on my system, and I will continue to play it for quite some time, I'm sure.

I'm gonna guess that the performance with the first patch, and newer and newer video drivers will improve 2142 performance.

Well, I haven't played bf2142 but I have heard a lot of bad reviews for it. And I really don't like future type guns, but the whole going on the mothership thingy looks pretty sweet.

id play bf2 less, just to feel better cuz sumhow i find it more easy
to kill sum1.
although, i have sumhow overwritten bf2 with 2142, and to top it off,
my brother has lost disk 2 and 4 and im pretty pissed that i still havnt
found it yet.

I played BF2 when the 2142 demo was here, but now that 2142 is out, I haven't touched BF2.

I still play. I'm working on 1 real medal, and maybe up to 2 Special Forces army medals, and then I'm done. Until then, I'll keep plugging away when I have time.

I don't know I find bf2 much more fun. But i'm a die hard helo specialist and to me it seems like they made the jet/choppers too easy to fly but not maneuverable enough. I havn't a clue as to why they changed the control system or the tv missile, why fix it if it aint broken. I think they could have done much more productive things with the "BF2 MOD(BF2142)". For example why do I feel like my Zeller sniper rifle is a pellet gun compared to my old L96A1, honestly I gotta say the only things I actually like about bf2142 are the new knifing system, titan fights, and the speed boost. To tell ya the truth I would have been much happier paying for a new map pack or even a new equipment menu for vanilla BF2 rather than buying 2142. :|

gotta be honest i haven't played bf2 since this came out. I was always a big tribes fan and for some reason this feels alot more like tribes than bf2 does.

Never played 2142..so....i guess i play bf2 alot. Stil lwaiting for Cain to pop in once in a while and not sit afk in 2142 :D

I haven't played either the past few weeks :cry: . Been out of town for work... and have in-laws coming to town over Thanksgiving. You probably won't see me online until after Thanksgiving weekend.
