Your Thoughts On Battlefield 2142!!!!

The wife bought this for my birthday and I gotta say even with the problems I like this game.

I'd like to be able to vote I Love This Game, but there are too many problems, so it gets an It Needs Work.

Primarily the lost awards...except for the points, it's like I never played at all for a couple of days, in which time I had some gold and silver stars, a couple of badges, and a bunch of pins. It's not ranking server lag, since everything I earned tonight showed up immediately, so I'm guessing they're just...gone. Especially as some of them are now three days old.

I'm not a statwhore, but it just irritates me to lose that stuff. Especially the bronze Recon badge as I suck with the sniper rifle and just got lucky that round. The BFHQ stats are horribly off, as well...in fact my player details show I have 14 kills with the sniper rifle, but I don't have the badge (which requires 12). I'm not Bar, I didn't manage to get THAT many kills with a knife.

Gameplay wise, except for the occasional lag attacks, I love it. The battles are for the most part much larger and more intense than those in BF2. The maps do a good job of funnelling the teams together.

My first Gold Star never showed up. Along with the ooints and unlocks. Still I like this game. We had a lot, and still do, of problems with BF2 also. :D

So are you saying you earned them, but they still haven't showed up?

I've got a different problem. I earned the titan defence pin and badge and a few other things (squad leader badge amongst them). They DID show up. Then, they went away. But the points and unlocks/ranks I earned at the same time stayed. :?

I want my awards back.
