Does anyone else see a problem with this? This man is an ADULT. How can anyone else (especially someone who wasn't even present) be held liable because he was stupid enough to get in the car with a drunk person.

So basically a parent can never leave there home, or they can not let their child leave home until they become 21, since apparently even if they are an adult, someone else can be held responsible for their actions. Or, if the parent wants to leave their house for a bit, they'd better keep their beer and liquor locked in a safe (hopefully a refrigerated one, for the beer), along with any dangerous cleaning chemicals, shop tools, guns, kitchen appliances, etc., etc...oh, and they better not let their adult kid drive a car, either...in case they decide to run a red light...

These freakin lawsuits are ridiculous...:|

Yeah it's the same law that can hold bartenders responsible for a drunks car crash...
