Raspberry pie - Apache's reciepe

Thanks to Apache I have this in the oven right now. I enjoyed making it so I will share the pictures with you. While you post your weapons and stuff I post these if you don't mind, it is one of my hobbies :D

Ok, I had to make the "pasta frolla" with my hands because I don't have a food processor.

Five more minutes and it will be done. It smells soooooo good, I can't wait to take it out of the oven !!

Chocolate cake al Cointreau (orange liquor)

Outside is hard chocolate, inside it's soft and with a subtle layer of apricot marmalade. Maybe it doesn't look so great, but it was delicious :D I took it to the office and they love me more now.:twisted:

Oh man that looks good. I not much a fruit eater so most pies are out but I LOVE chocolate cake. Throw in anything Cointreau and I'm all over it. That also reminds me of "golden" margaritas.

Mmmm, looks awesome.

I made some really good coffee pana cotta last night for my brother and my mother's day dinner we cooked (couldn't do it over the weekend), did a coffee caramel sauce over it that I made with Kahlua. I don't have any pictures of it though :(

Minerva that pie looks super yummy, especially after seeing how fresh the raspberries looked. My favorite kind of pie is still strawberry rhubarb though... if you haven't tried it you should!
