It seems too crowded in the front. It would look better if it came from the back of the sig. Gives the impression its going somewhere. Its like watching a exotic car pass by. If you barely get to see it you are not happy. if you have time to see it from far you like it better. Something like that.

Speaking in artistic terms, too much space(clouds) and that pattern annoys me...dont know why though...Also the picture in general is bland and boring, I dont see any mood in it. Its just sitting there ya know.?

But other than that its nice.

I start witha large image if possible. Do some photo filters, saturation, mix channels.
